The 3-strand thick training rope is made of durable polyester blend; high tensile strength prevents breaking, fraying, or coming lose. Heat-shrink ends which make the Workout ropes more convenient to hold and will offer a better grip when performing the exercise. Easily roll up for storage when not in use. The flexible design also makes for convenient portability.
